I am currently taking the AZ MELT program with Shawn White. So far the course has been amazing, mostly thanks to Shawn, he is very knowledgeable and diligent in his work. If you don’t understand something explained one way he is very good at finding another way to explain it to make sure you understand. 10/10

I had the opportunity to have Shawn white as my teacher in class instructor definitely makes learning easy and fun the way he explains stuff just makes sense he repeats it more times then one and in multiple different ways hopefully others get him as a instructor for more years to come

Rees taught me everything I needed to know to pass my AZ license test. I passed on the first attempt without any issues because of Rees’ guidance.

I attended the Z endorsement course Feb 15-16 in Cambridge. The instructor Shawn White was Right On. A lot of years of driving experience. Knowledgeable. I learned a lot. Currently taking my online AZ training with trainer Shawn White, and he has been one of the best teachers I’ve had! The man is extremely knowledgeable and personable which makes learning from him pleasant and easy. I have a hard time learning online, I much prefer in-class, but his zoom class has been useful, and he is able to explain... see more things multiple different ways to help someone understand, which helps someone like me who usually needs audio and visuals of what I’m learning. Some of the material being covered is dry material but he makes learning this stuff engaging and gives amazing examples. He is also going more in depth than just what’s in the book which is great, giving us some real life experiences and knowledge. He obviously is an excellent trainer and very well respected, and for good reason. Very happy to have him for my in-class learning. I’m hoping that my practical trainer carries the same drive and want to teach as Shawn does. He absolutely does his best, cares, and wants to make sure that his students fully understand the material and wants us to be the best that we can possibly be. Looking forward to the second week of in-class!

I recently completed training in the DZ Standard program at the Cambridge campus in March 2025. I wanted to ensure that my training was going to be at a very high standard as this would be the foundation of a new career for me. I met with the lead instructor Shawn White prior to taking the course and... see more after our meeting and discussion I came away feeling very strong that he would be an excellent trainer. I could not have been more correct with my assessment of Shawn. I found Shawn not only to be an excellent trainer but also someone who genuinely cares about the success of his students. The training is very intense with a lot of skills and information to be covered during limited time of training. I found one of Shawn's greatest strengths was his ability to analyze my strengths and weaknesses and how to prioritize my training needs so that I could get the most out of the program and my time with him. After the training was completed I passed the road test on my first attempt and the driver examiner told me I was excellent on every part of the test. I cannot speak highly enough about Shawn as he is a very knowledgeable, experienced trainer and his attention to detail is second to none. As well he gave me training on top of my scheduled time on his own personal time. It was Shawn's high level of training that got me more than ready and confident for the road test. He is not only a great trainer but a great person as well which made the training a very enjoyable experience.
