Great interactions with office staff. Victoria Zoldy and Tammy June were quick to respond and keep me updated as to when the course was going to be scheduled. He was excellent with every person there. 11 people from different backgrounds, cultures, and languages, including three women. We ranged from 23 to 56 years old. No one felt dumb for asking questions, or not understanding something. That man is a treasure trove of information. He's been doing this for over 3 decades. He's got so much experience as a driver and trainer. He added so much to the course, explaining what actually happens in the real world, not just the dry facts in the book. Ken, thanks for your patience. I blanked during the test, but you gave me the time to think through my answers and figure out what part I was missing. I was able to pass the practical with 100%! If I get my A license, I'll be coming back here, no question. Thank you!!
