He was excellent with every person there. 11 people from different backgrounds, cultures, and languages, including three women. We ranged from 23 to 56 years old. No one felt dumb for asking questions, or not understanding something. That man is a treasure trove of information. He's been doing this for over 3 decades. He's got so much experience as a driver and trainer. He added so much to the course, explaining what actually happens in the real world, not just the dry facts in the book. Ken, thanks for your patience. I blanked during the test, but you gave me the time to think through my answers and figure out what part I was missing. I was able to pass the practical with 100%! If I get my A license, I'll be coming back here, no question. Thank you!!

Training went very well. My online teacher Bruce was excellent and went over everything thoroughly. The office support done by Erika out of Kingston was always there when I needed support or had a question. Jakob Paquette went above and beyond to make the DZ automatic licensing process easy. He used his past experience in the field to break the components down into manageable pieces that anyone could understand. During every training session and on road test day he came prepared with resources that I could take home and study to succeed as a driver.... see more The process was definitely stressful, but Jakob and Tanya were there for support every step of the way.

DZ training experience was amazing. Dane was very good at e-learning, Robin was excellent to deal with in the office with scheduling and Ken was unbelievable as an instructor. Dane and Ken are both very experienced and knowledgeable.
