From the moment Robin at the office first talked to me. I was confident I was making the right decision. With the right school. I wasn't just a young person off on a new adventure. I'm a 50yr old Comercial driver. That needed to unlearn a lifetime of bad habits and was. if nothing less then stuborn I did... see more my 1st 2 weeks I'm zoom class's learning basic things that really had me wondering what I had gotten myself into. But once at the trucks. Dave from Barrie met me with a big smile. A joke. And immediately set me at ease. After a few weeks with Dave. I was paired up with John. Who. While direct when needed. Was really an amazing asset to this Facility's credit. He immediately knew what and when to say something. And also when I was frustrated and just needed a few mins to cool down. Teaching an adult with a lifetime of experience cannot be an easy task. But he saw through my bad habits. And gave amazing direction. And honestly. Was the difference I needed to be successful. All in all the team in Belleville was nothing short of a fantastic experience. And would highly recomemd them. Either as an upgrade on your licence. Or a carrier change. I can say my experience there was one well worth recommending

This is a man you hope you get as your instructor. He wastes no time and in great depths answered any questions I could conjure . He only focuses on your ability to demonstrate and nothing more . This is an excellent teacher and a great man thanks for the opportunity Claude !

Phil and John were great they were really patient .I didn’t even know how to drive manual before starting the AZ course. Pasted road test first try because of them and robin got me in for a road test right away after my last course date

Had the pleasure of being trained here for my AZ. Had a trainer, Claude Gough. He was pretty decent. Professional, heart in his job and always made the day a great day. Focused on what needed to be done but never felt overwhelming. 100% I'd recommend that dude.
