Who We’re Hiring

TTCC is hiring across multiple departments and campuses, and we are always on the lookout for excellent instructors and administrative staff. Explore opportunities in:

Teaching and Training Roles

Truck Driver Trainers (AZ, DZ, F, Class 1, Class 3)

  • Teach classroom and in-cab practical skills
  • Use cutting-edge tools including simulators and skid pads
  • Full-time and part-time available; start dates year-round

Heavy Equipment Operator Trainers

  • Deliver hands-on training in excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, and backhoes
  • Support students through certification and job readiness
  • Training provided for qualified operators

In-Car Driving Instructors (Class G/D)

  • Conduct 1-on-1 in-vehicle driving lessons
  • Teach road test prep, defensive driving, and MTO-compliant curriculum

Campus and Administrative Roles

Admissions Specialists / Campus Coordinators

  • Guide students through program selection and funding
  • Help applicants access LendCare financing and government grants
  • Keep campus operations organized and welcoming

Office Administrators / Receptionists

  • Manage daily scheduling, data entry, and customer support
  • Act as the first point of contact for walk-ins and phone inquiries

What We Look For

  • Relevant Licenses and Experience: For trainers, holding a valid AZ, DZ, Class 1, or Class 3 license is essential. Experience operating heavy equipment also makes a strong candidate.
  • Valid Instructor Licence: A Class G or D instructor license ensures you are qualified to teach safely and effectively.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: We look for professionals who can clearly explain complex concepts, motivate students, and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Commitment to Safety and Student Success: Safety is at the core of everything we do. Candidates must demonstrate dedication to safe practices and helping students succeed in their careers.
  • Previous Experience is a Plus: Background in education, skilled trades, or customer service can enhance your ability to connect with students and manage classroom or practical training situations.
